12.08.06 – Flight Express pilots get 20% Pay Raise!
Effective December 4th, Pilots can earn between $23,400.00 – $43,680.00 their first year with Flight Express.
Our updated Pay Band. Minimum pay is 7.5 hours per day, regardless of how much you might work:
$12.00/hr/duty day
(duty day is simply "punch-in to punch out" time. This means flying time and wait time).
Based on a 7.5 hr/duty day your annual salary would be $23,400.00
Based on a 14. hr/duty day your annual salary would be $43,680.00
After one year;
$12.50/hr/duty day
Based on a 7.5 hr/duty day your annual salary would be $24,375.00
Based on a 14. hr/duty day your annual salary would be $45,500.00
After three years;
$13.50/hr/duty day
Based on a 7.5 hr/duty day your annual salary would be $26,325.00
Based on a 14. hr/duty day your annual salary would be $49,140.00
There are additional seniority raises at 6 mos, 1 year, 2 years and 3 years. Upon successful completion of training you will be paid for your training time and be handed a sign on bonus check for $1000.00
